The Project

The floor was finished with a non-film forming oil, allowing the natural beauty and warmth of the wood to shine through. The raw color of the floor makes the space seem airy and effortless, creating a perfect base for the furniture and darker built accents to pop.

This French Oak was sawn wet and dried as a veneer-- ideal conditions for creating a consistent color without pink or yellow hues. The stairs, which were built and installed by BoardHouse, are a testament that simple details can still make a statement when the correct materials are used.
