Through time, touch, and decades of experiments, we’ve curated a selection of finishes that highight the grain, tone and timeless character of wood. These colors can be mirrored on any of our available fooring collections or millwork products.

Our unique finishes are largely a suggestion— we encourage our client’s to explore what’s possible and collaborate with us to create custom colors that match their design goals.

  • Beyond our unique product, BoardHouse is uniquely positioned as both a manufacturer and an installer. You are able to eliminate the middleman and specify your dream floor without making concessions on the finished product.

  • BoardHouse manufactures all of its flooring in Los Angeles, but ships its products all across the globe. Our team of installation and maintenance technicians also frequently travel out of state for site-work— a testament to the quality of work they do.

  • BoardHouse flooring is manufactured and finished for all applications, no matter the foot traffic. We have our products installed in restaurants, hotels, sports stadiums and concert halls.

  • Our lead times vary, but typically fall in the 4-10 week mark.

  • We ship our floor all across the world.

  • We pride ourselves in having industry-best turn around times— custom colors typically take 2-3 weeks to produce. If you chose a sku from our existing finshes list, samples are in stock and ready to ship.

  • Our site work crew frequently does sand & finish work on our product, as well as product manufactured by other companies.

  • We work with all types of client’s: architects, designers, contractors and homeowners.

  • As long as we have a physical sample in our hand to work-off of, we can custom color match anything.

  • BoardHouse will work with any species that can be sustainably sourced.

  • Our floors are engineered to be stable over radiant heat. Please adhere to our installation instructions.

  • BH engineered floors have the same life as solid planks, but offer added stability.
