Minnesota Lake House

Sat on the shore of one of the Great Lakes, this residence was designed with natural materials and an organic feel.

The Project

Our wide and long Shrunk French oak planks anchor the home with a natural elegance that feels both timeless and organic. The soft, neutral tone highlights the oak’s inherent beauty, while subtle cracks and knots tell the story of the wood’s character and history.

The generous scale of the boards elongates the space, drawing the eye toward the lake views, while the natural texture underfoot brings warmth and authenticity to the serene setting.
